Anyway, the Wii is first since it updated first. The Wii FINALLY has a nice hit for it.
Other than that...the Wiiware had nothing. Some Word Search game, big whoop. Go to a fucking bookstore and get yourself a puzzle book then.
The Playstation Network had...almost nothing. They were trying to whore out some game called Critter Crunch, no demo and it's a puzzle game so I ignored it. A very interesting PS1 game came out.
A Little Big Planet music pack was released, of course that'll be a must have because it's Little Big Planet and that game's AWESUM. There were Fallout 3 expansions, some Guitar Hero and Rockband songs, and some other poop. I know you don't care about that. You want to know about....
First off, I still don't get the story. I have no idea what's going on. Partly because the subtitles were in japanese, partly because of loud siblings (the regular voices were in english), and partly because you aren't really suppose to. IT'S MYSTERIOUS. Anyway. The tutorial teaches you the basics (or you can hop right into the 1st level) .....but really the tutorial is useless because it's in japanese and I didn't understand a word. I figured out the basic movements and such....but everything else is a mystery. There is some random bar on the screen, it looks the Devil Trigger. I think it's some charge up for Torture Moves or something. (I think it's called Torture Moves anyway) The opening before the menu starts up is cool. Bbbbbuuuuuuuutttttttt....
It gets so fucking corny in the cinematic before the 1st level. She stands up and does this model walk and everything. I face palmed. It wouldn't be so bad if she didn't like fucking Sarah Palin. Sarah Palin=Not Sexy. I didn't even see the comparison picture, when I first saw Bayonetta I went "She looks....kinda ugly...but familiar..." then it dawned on me and I puked. But she's full of "sexiness" and face palming poses and actions. But so is Devil May Cry, so feh.
The combat is fun. I kept playing it like DMC at first. It works a bit different. The lock on is automatic and you don't have to work so hard. She's got pistols all over the place, and can use this awesome move to take enemies' weapons. The Torture Moves are cool, the enemy just gets ripped apart in horrible ways and such. Her clothes fly off at times too and do things (so does her hair, I think everything but her glasses is dangerous) Not even joking. I did this special move where her clothes flew off, turned into a dragon, came up and ate this guy. (You could press square to make him eat the enemy MOAR. It was coolish weird) She's like half-butterfly or something too. When you double jump neat wings pop out. Her shadow is cool too, you can see the wings in the shadow. The people are like...shadows or something. I don't know, but it's neat.
